These are "The Clock" and "The 8 Shot Grid", which are explained below...
1. The ClockThe clock is a great drill for training multi directional first step speed. As the player splits in the centre of the clock, the coach calls a number corresponding to numbers on the clock and the player explosively moves to that number, using the correct footwork pattern. Repeat: 3 times 30 seconds
